By using the services of Thomas Litigation Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Thomas Litigation Services provides litigation support services including, but not limited to, legal videography, trial presentation, exhibit preparation, deposition video synchronization, and equipment rental. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

To secure trial dates or full-day bookings, a non-refundable retainer is required. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 15 days past due.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service rate. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

All original materials created by Thomas Litigation Services (e.g., graphics, slides, edited video) remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed. Materials may not be reused, altered, or distributed without express written permission.

While we strive to deliver reliable, high-quality support, Thomas Litigation Services shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes delays due to technical failure, third-party equipment, or court rescheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client engaging in unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
